Yes, preferably: the glass protects the paper from dryer humidity and splashes. Keep the poster a few centimeters above the machine.
Can you put a laundry room poster in a bathroom?
Yes, several are made for it: the copper bathtub with its wicker basket, the front-loading machine with its soap bubbles. A frame with glass is then recommended.
